Loggyflex trolleys for workshop and warehouse
Loggyflex is unyco’s trolley family for car dealerships, workshops and warehouses: transport trolley, assembly trolley, mobile workbench and tyre trolley on a shared chassis, used every day as workshop trolleys, parts trolleys and spare parts trolleys. They bring parts, materials and wheels quietly and stably to where the work is done, even over uneven floors. The family comprises five trolleys from the Standard to the extra-wide Maxi, the Loggyflex RT 255 tyre trolley and accessories for retrofitting. All models are Made in Germany.

Every Loggyflex has a narrow design and uses height instead of floor space. That way it fits between two workstations without getting in the way. If a job is interrupted, simply push the removed parts to one side: nothing lies on the floor, everything stays secure and within reach.

What makes every Loggyflex special
The Standard, Duo, Duo mini, Trio and RT 255 share these features. Where a model differs, this is noted. The Maxi is built differently; its equipment is listed in its own section.

Swivelling handle with handbrake
Ergonomically shaped and swivelling, with an integrated brake lever. It lets you brake the loaded trolley safely on ramps and slopes.

Parking brake by foot
One press of the foot is enough: the trolley stands firm, even fully loaded. Nothing rolls away while you load and unload.

6 integrated lashing straps for load securing
The quick-release buckles let you secure bumpers, large cartons and stacks in seconds. Standard on the Standard, Duo and RT 255. The Duo mini and Trio have no lashing straps.

Robust plastic floor, real chassis
The structured floor is made of recycled material. It runs on smooth-running 160 mm castors with a low breakaway force, even fully loaded, all braked and acid-resistant.

Up to the next level with a forklift
The forklift pockets let you lift the loaded trolley into a multi-level warehouse or onto the lorry without unloading.

Only 59 cm narrow
The trolley fits between two vehicle lifts and through narrow aisles.
Loggyflex Standard: trolley for collecting materials
The basic model of the family: plastic base for 300 kg, a proper chassis with four braked castors, handbrake and parking brake. As a parts trolley and transport trolley, it collects materials in the workshop, body shop and spare parts store.

Loggyflex Standard trolley
1,200 × 590 × 1,600 mm · 45 kg · 300 kg load capacity
Good to know
Pairs well with: foam pad for the plastic floor, intermediate shelf (turns it into a Duo or Trio), RT conversion kit (turns it into a tyre trolley), coupling and drawbar kit and Trygo add-on attachment.
Handbrake and parking brake
The handbrake lever in the swivelling handle brakes on downhill slopes, while the parking brake holds the loaded trolley in place.
6 integrated lashing straps
With quick-release fasteners, for bulky or high-stacked loads.
300 kg load capacity
Plastic base made of recycled material, frame made of powder-coated hollow steel profiles.
Upgradable
With an intermediate shelf, the RT conversion kit for wheels or a coupling and drawbar for tow trains.
Collect and sort
The Standard carries bulky items, high-stacked loads or entire collections of materials, such as sheet metal parts in the body shop or picked orders in the spare parts store. It turns almost on the spot and rolls quietly and stably. The castors have a low breakaway force: even fully loaded it starts moving easily, and nothing jams on rough floors. If the work is interrupted, simply push it aside.
Loggyflex Duo: assembly trolley and mobile workbench
The Duo is a Standard with a magnetic metal intermediate shelf. This turns it into a shelf trolley and a mobile workbench with two levels. Load capacity: 300 kg on the plastic base, 100 kg on the intermediate shelf.

Loggyflex Duo assembly trolley
1,200 × 590 × 1,600 mm · 48 kg · 400 kg load capacity · 1 intermediate shelf
Good to know
Pairs well with: foam pad for sensitive parts, a second intermediate shelf (turns it into a Trio), roll-off guard for small parts and SoftTops as protective covers.
Intermediate shelf included
Magnetic, with the long sides folded upwards so that nothing rolls off. For self-assembly.
400 kg total load capacity
300 kg at the bottom, 100 kg on the intermediate shelf.
Handbrake and parking brake
Apply the brake and the trolley stays put, even when working on heavy parts.
6 integrated lashing straps
Secure bulky or delicate parts during transport.
The mobile workbench
Wherever components weighing up to 100 kg need to be worked on at the right height, the Duo replaces the fixed workbench. It needs little space, stands securely with the parking brake applied and can simply be pushed away afterwards. Typical uses are removed seats, cylinder heads and gearboxes.
Loggyflex Duo mini: mobile workbench for body parts
The Duo mini is the compact assembly helper for bumpers, windscreens and towbars. Its side beams are shorter than on the Duo. This means it can be loaded and unloaded from all four sides and gets through narrow aisles and between lifts. High-voltage components from electric vehicles can also be placed on it.

Loggyflex Duo mini assembly helper
1,200 × 590 × 1,100 mm · 44 kg · 300 kg + 100 kg load capacity · 1 intermediate shelf (3 heights)
Good to know
Pairs well with: foam pad for body parts, magnetic roll-off guard and SoftTops for the side frames.
Access from four sides
The side steel profiles are shorter than on the Duo. This helps in narrow aisles and between lifts.
Intermediate shelf at 3 heights
Magnetic metal shelf for 100 kg with anti-roll edges on the long sides, for self-assembly at three heights.
Handbrake and foot-operated parking brake
The handbrake in the handle helps on downhill slopes, while the foot-operated parking brake holds the trolley in place.
300 kg on the plastic base
Plus 100 kg on the intermediate shelf, on the same chassis as the larger models.
Manoeuvrable in everyday workshop use
The Duo mini fits between lifts and through narrow aisles where larger trolleys would get in the way. Despite its compact design, it offers plenty of loading space. It is delivered pre-assembled and film-wrapped; you only fit the intermediate shelf yourself at the height you want.
Loggyflex Trio: trolley with three levels
The Trio is the shelf trolley with two magnetic intermediate shelves and therefore three levels. It offers the largest storage area in the family and carries up to 500 kg: 300 kg on the plastic base and 100 kg on each intermediate shelf.

Loggyflex Trio assembly trolley
1,200 × 590 × 1,600 mm · 54 kg · 500 kg load capacity · 2 intermediate shelves
Good to know
Pairs well with: foam pad for sensitive parts, roll-off guard for small parts and SoftTops as protective covers.
2 intermediate shelves included
Magnetic and for self-assembly.
500 kg total load capacity
300 kg at the bottom, 100 kg on each of the two intermediate shelves.
Handbrake and parking brake
Safe on the move and safe at a standstill, even when fully loaded.
Forklift-compatible
With forklift pockets, so it can be lifted fully loaded into a rack or to another storage level.
Storage on three levels
When removing an engine, the Trio sorts the parts by level: engine cover and trim parts at the bottom, alternator, manifold and similar parts in the middle, bolts, camshaft and small parts at the top. That way the mechanic keeps track of everything.
Loggyflex RT 255: tyre trolley for 8 wheels
The Loggyflex RT 255 is the tyre trolley and wheel trolley for wheel changes: a Standard with the RT conversion kit. It holds two sets of wheels: 8 wheels with a tyre width of up to 255 mm or 10 tyres up to 195 mm, for tyre sizes up to 22 inches. This lets you prepare, store and retrieve sets of wheels and make your tyre storage mobile.

Loggyflex Maxi: wide trolley with mesh cage
The Maxi is the extra-wide trolley for bulky items: 815 instead of 590 mm wide, with a mesh cage on three sides and 350 kg load capacity. It carries complete sets of parts for accident repairs, as well as front and rear panels, seats or suspension parts.

Five trolleys and one tyre trolley: Standard, Duo, Duo mini, Trio, Loggyflex RT 255 and Maxi. There are also accessories for retrofitting, from the intermediate shelf to the coupling and drawbar kit.
Which Loggyflex suits my task?
The Standard for collecting materials, the Duo as an assembly trolley for components, the Duo mini as a mobile workbench for body parts, the Trio for engine removal, the RT 255 tyre trolley for complete wheels and the Maxi for bulky parts.
Do all Loggyflex trolleys have a handbrake?
Yes. Every Loggyflex has a handbrake lever in the swivelling handle for downhill slopes, plus a parking brake that holds the loaded trolley in place. All 160 mm castors are braked.
Can a fully loaded Loggyflex be pushed easily?
Yes. The 160 mm castors have a low breakaway force: the Loggyflex starts moving with little effort even when fully loaded and runs over rough floors without jamming. All castors are braked and acid-resistant.
Which trolley is suitable for body parts such as bumpers and wings?
For individual parts such as bumpers, wings or windscreens, choose the Duo mini, as it is accessible from four sides. For complete sets of parts for accident repairs, choose the 815 mm wide Maxi. The foam pad protects delicate painted parts.
Can a Loggyflex be lifted with a forklift?
Yes, the Standard, Duo, Duo mini, Trio and RT 255 can. They have pockets for the forks and can be lifted fully loaded to another storage level, an upper floor or onto a lorry without anything having to be reloaded.
What is the difference between the Loggyflex Standard, Duo and Trio?
The chassis and dimensions are the same (1,200 × 590 × 1,600 mm). The difference is the number of magnetic intermediate shelves: none on the Standard, one on the Duo, two on the Trio. The load capacity increases accordingly from 300 to 400 to 500 kg.
What is the difference between the Loggyflex Duo and Duo mini?
Both have an intermediate shelf for 100 kg and carry 300 kg on the plastic base. On the Duo mini, the side beams are shortened: it is 1,100 instead of 1,600 mm high and accessible from all four sides. Its intermediate shelf can be fitted at three heights.
